Alumni Association of Hindi Vidyapith B.Ed. College

The Alumni Association of Hindi Vidyapith B.Ed. College (HVPB.Ed.) plays a pivotal role in developing a lifelong relationship and reflecting the achievements of the College. It serves as a bridge that connects former students to the college, allowing them to stay engaged, share their experiences and contribute to the growth of the institutional community. By fostering a strong alumni network, Hindi Vidyapith B.Ed. The Alumni Association at Hindi Vidyapith B.Ed. College works towards achieving the following key objectives:

  • Diverse Engagement: Organize events and reunions that enable alumni to reconnect with their peers and stay involved with the college community.

  • Access to Resources: Alumni get access to library resources, online platforms, and college publications.

Alumni Activities and Events

The Alumni Association organizes a variety of events like social, literacy and cultural throughout the year to keep alumni engaged with the institution. Alumni also take initiatives to nurture the academic needs of the ongoing batches of students.

  • Annual Alumni Meet: A grand reunion where alumni can reconnect with their batch mates, faculty and college staff. The meet often features as guest speakers, workshops and orientation sessions during induction program and internship and recognize the academic achievement of the toppers.

  • Mentorship and Career Workshops: A series of workshops that focus on career development, professional skills, and entrepreneurship, led by experienced alumni.

  • Alumni Newsletters: Regular newsletters that keep alumni updated on the latest happenings at the college, alumni achievements, and upcoming events.

  • Support to the institution in various extension activities.

Registration as an Alumnus of Hindi Vidyapith B.Ed. College

To become a part of the Hindi Vidyapith B.Ed. College Alumni Association, all B.Ed. students are encouraged to register. It allows students to stay connected with the institution and participate in the alumni activities. The College offers an opportunity for all the outgoing students to be the members of alumni association at a nominal Membership fee.

Registration Process

  • Filling out the Registration Form

    Alumni can register by filling out a simple registration form available on the college website.

  • Providing the Details

    You’ll be asked to provide basic information such as name, father name, class roll No., session, contact details, and current professional information.

  • Submitting the Form

    Upon submission of the completed form, the applicant will receive a confirmation email from the Alumni Association.

  • Stay Connected

    Registered alumnus will be added to the alumni group and will receive notifications about upcoming alumni events, webinars, and opportunities to connect with other alumni.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To act as a connecting bridge between the alumni and the institution.

  • To invite them at various activities, events and meets.

  • To take suggestions regarding various designated areas of institutional committee/cell

  • To be responsible for the affairs of the alumni fraternity and all the alumni committee activities.

  • To prepares the calendar at the start of the academic year planning activities to strengthen the network stimulating collaboration through alumni engagement.

  • To coordinate with the different alumni batch for conducting various events.

  • To establish a network with the alumni through various activities conducted in the college like alumni meets and interact with them at various forums and always maintain their updated database.

  • To maintain necessary records and files
